JOB PURPOSE

To conceptualize, design, and create high-quality motion graphics and animations that align with project objectives and client expectations, enhancing the overall visual storytelling and engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Collaborate with creative teams to understand project objectives, target audience, and creative direction.
    • Conceptualize and storyboard animation ideas based on project requirements.
    • Create high-quality motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Blender, or similar tools.
    • Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and client expectations.
    • Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
    • Research and analyze design techniques and solutions to create innovative motion graphics.
    • Brainstorm and contribute innovative ideas to enhance visual storytelling and audience engagement.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
    • 2 to 4 years of experience in motion graphics design.
    • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, and Animate.
    • Strong understanding of CGI and 3D animation.
PREFERRED SKILLS
    • Well-organized, responsible, and capable of managing multiple projects within tight deadlines.
    • Ability to quickly learn new tools and adapt to a fast-evolving environment.
    • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
